You can assign a contract template to your campaign. This will automatically be added to the creators' application forms. As long as a contract is added, the creators must sign it and send it back through the application form in order to be able to apply to the campaign.
How does it work?
You can add a contract only when you create your campaign. You just need to click on "select file" .
You can also add a contract after you created your campaign in the campaign settings.
Furthermore, can delete a contract from a campaign. The “delete” button (the red one with the trash icon) is available next to the campaign contract information in the campaign settings.
If you wish to replace or edit the contract, you can do it directly through the “Edit” button.
Editing a contract, instead of deleting and then re-uploading a new one, will prevent creators from applying to a campaign in the short window of time when a campaign would not hold a contract.
NOTE: If a contract is deleted or edited from a campaign, all contracts that have already been completed by creators will remain available in their side panel and will not be modified.
On the Creator Side
For creators, when a contract has been added to a campaign, they will receive it through the application form. They will then have to download it in order to perform the right actions. With the downloaded file, they will be able to add signatures, names, etc. - depending on what the contract specifies. Once they are done editing the file, they can add their version to the confirmation modal, from the application form.
As long as a creator applied to a campaign asking for a contract, they have to sign it back to apply to it. That means that if you receive an application from a creator, their contract will be available directly from the creator side panel. If the creator contract doesn’t suit you, you can then reject or contact them to fix it.
